Jessie, named after my mother in law has been around for quite some time and measures aprox 27 inches when complete.
She is ready to go out with her hat on and her bag at the ready!
Although on the web picture her feet have been painted, you have the instructions and enough fabric to make the feet with cloth in the kit. 
You will need toy stuffing and threads to complete this project. Face has been drawn on.
Not recommended as a toy, has small parts.
